Not your typical Thursday afternoon, this is your chance to connect, network, grow and learn with and from our Epicenter community. All of this will be happening in Epi-style over some drinks and snacks. 

This time we'll put our members in the spotlight. We make sure that there is plenty of time to make meaningful connections before and after our official schedule. You are always welcome to join the discussion and ask questions of our speakers.

    Richard has had a passion for people and sales since he was a little kid and is currently finishing up his MBA in International Business besides work. He’s particularly interested in smart ways to automate and streamline processes with the help of AI and ML, and has experience both from start-ups and established businesses. In his past life, he used to do politics as a hobby (PaaH), and creating a better tomorrow is very dear to him.

    Silvia Ruz-Anjala is a Chilean talent and learning specialist turned into a knowmad, with 15 years of international experience helping organizations to grow and people to develop their skills. She is passionate about cultural integration, life-long learning, innovation and creating social impact. Silvia’s got a degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki, is the mother of a young Finnish citizen and just returned to Finland after 20 years abroad. Works as a project planner in the City of Helsinki, under the Talent Boost Ecosystem, offering and creating services to improve the life and job opportunities of highly skilled international talents.
